Payment on delivery.

You make the payment of your order with the distributor Courier delivery.

 

Shipping methods.

Our aim is the fast and prompt service and delivery of our products.

Shipments at this time are made only in Cyprus.

The order will be sent via Aramex Courier.

Delivery in Cyprus is free for orders above €50 and in cases that the order is less than €50 the fee is €3,50 .

All orders in stock are shipped within 2-4 working days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (except holidays).

We try to deliver your order in time. However delays are occasionally inevitable. If you have not received the goods within 4 working days, please contact us.

Should for any reason the effective cost of dispatching your order exceed significantly the delivery fees charged to you, we reserve the right to contact you to discuss the matter or cancel your order.

How can I return or change an unwanted item that was purchased from “unordinary muse”?

Products marked as SALE, special offer etc. cannot be returned or exchange. In addition due to hygiene reasons earings also cannot be returned.

If the product you bought through the online store is faulty, you can return it within 7 days of receipt (it coincides with the date of shipment). If you want to return or exchange a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us before sending the parcel back; let us know the problem and we will advise you how to return it.

We are willing to change the product if it comes back in an excellent condition and in the original packaging.

We can’t accept products that have been used, modified or damaged unless they are faulty.

We can’t accept any item requested for return outside the 7day timeframe.

Return shipping costs are not refundable and also we do not cover shipping charges for returns.

What metals are used?

Most of our products are faux bijoux so they are jewelry, precious stone and precious metal-free.

Some of our products are sterling silver925. 

How should I store my jewelleries and accessories?

Exposure to chemical products, polluted air, perfumes and sometimes water should be avoided. For further protection, it is preferable to keep your accessories in different cases. Caution: no polishing pastes should be used because there is a risk that the item will damage. Keep in mind that faux bijoux are not jewelleries so they might change colour.

Oxidation of silver

Silver tarnishes. Tarnishing occurs when silver is exposed to polluted or salt air, and products containing sulfur, such as plastic gloves, rubbers and chemicals, like bleach. Moreover, exposure to perfumes should be avoided. A little attention is needed to the storing of jewels and the proper use of them. For further protection it is preferable to keep your jewellery in different cases.

Photography.

The purchased item could be slightly different than the photography in the site.

Please note that some products may be represented at a larger size than actual size in order to show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

Will an item be back in stock?

An item might be back in stock. Send us an email or a message and we will try to do our best so you will have it.

We’re not able to let you know if, or when you’ll receive a back in stock notification for an item.

If you’re received a back in stock notification, you’ll need to be quick as we cannot guarantee how long the item will be back in stock.

 

Availability.

If for any reason we are unable to supply a particular item, we will not be liable to you. Please note that we might ask you as to whether we can deliver a substitute product.
